Registration Fee

Every client who comes in for a swim lesson, kids swim lesson, or private swim workout will be charged our Annual Registration Fee of $40. This fee is good for twelve months from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SwimBox maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. In the case of late cancels or no-shows a $65 Fee will be charged.

REFUND POLICY

All lesson packages are eligible for refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

PACKAGE EXPIRATION DATES

All Single Lessons, Adult 3-Packs, Adult 5-Packs, and Kids 4-Packs expire 6 months from the purchase date. All Adult 10-Packs and Kids 8-Packs expire 8 months from the purchase date.
